The general rule was that we could usually solo stuff from two expansions prior, with no issues. However, due to scaling, I’m hearing that’s not the case anymore. Also partially due to mechanics. As of Dragonflight, it's still not possible to solo the raids from the Battle for Azeroth expansion. There might be some bosses where it's possible to do solo or with a small group, but the damage multiplier buff given to players soloing the older expansions like Legion and before is not available for BfA.
