As far as I know if the mob is flanked by two melee characters, Ranged attacks can also benefit from the Flank status which would allow Seize the moment and Outflank to both have a chance to proc, I remember having my sneak attacks trigger from Ranged in this manner in Kingmaker. The problem with Cavalier isn t the build. The problem is the charge bug, And the mounted combat bug, and the no mount attacks bug, And the pathfinding making you skip turns bug.... 100%. I find myself often switching battle modes to fix bugs and it's annoying as hell.
