Civil Engineering or Computer Science Major? A little background. I graduated high school in May 2012. It was an early college, STEM school. While there I took a few engineering classes; my favorite being Civil Engineering and Architecture. After graduation I studied Mechanical Engineering my freshman year. I didn't really enjoy it that much. Dr. Scruggs is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Duke University. His area of research concerns the dynamics and control of electromechanical vibratory systems.
