Take a small hammer or just the handle and give it a tap and it should engage. It is a design flaw and not worth all the cost and effort to fix as the solenoid is the culprit. Check the clutch discs and plates, and replace the clutch sealing rings and piston seals while it is apart. The tank cost $330.00 and a new one would have the same pathetic molded nipple that attaches the return line to the tank, so I used a brass 3/8 NPT - 3/8 barbed fitting.
