I have captured a core of Livonian Order from Russia with the intention of releasing them as a vassal (going for Holy Trinity achievement) but they don't appear on the list of releasables. Save scummed and found I can't force Russia to release them either as they don't show up on that list. Am I missing something or is there some reason you just …. Ttec wfo
