They are working on an update to help with the Offline issues. After 3 Cat Sensor faults, the Litter Robot 4 has a safety feature where it will no longer cycle. To bypass this, you need to press the Reset button in person. There is no Reset button in the app, but you can try Powering Off and Powering On the robot using the app instead.
