Running some containment, and a duality dungeon yesterday I agree. Even just using Stormdancer's brace I had incredible uptime on abilities for a very simple well build. The combination of ionic traces, and wells gives a lot of little goodies to reduce cooldowns. On top of how easy it is to spread arc damage around.
