The DodoRex can easily kill any tamed creature or player quickly unless attacking from range. However, the Dodorex is weakened in water and can be bled out by Thylacoleo, Carnotaurus, Allosaurus, and Deinonychus. A combination of the Deinonychus' bleed and any one another can stack to create damage that can shred the DodoRex in seconds. There are 15 DodoRex adn 11 DodoWyvern currently on the map. So I don't see any issues. But if even the spawn command isn't working for you, then I think your issue is somewhere else. Either you missed some steps while adding/installing the mod and this leads to the fact that the mod doesn't get loaded at all or you have other mods which interfere.
